We require an initial 3-month Agreement to start as this gives us time to see how we work together and give your social media time to show results – as it typically takes 3-6 months to see results.

After that initial term, clients typically renew if we’re a good fit and we love having them stay on board to see their brand flourish (we love our clients!).

While we understand that a 3-month Agreement can seem daunting at first, it is required and non-negotiable to work with us.

We believe in long-term partnerships and that first 3 months gives us just enough time to get things started since the first month is spent onboarding.

Day-to-day communication is done through the chat feature of our client portal, where you will find everything you need in one place to make mainstreaming communication and projects simple (no need to download 5 apps). For more formal communication, we utilize email.

Remote face-to-face meetings are done virtually, so location ins’t an issue!
