  • We are based in Atlanta, Ga (EST). We work with clients worldwide, and knowing what timezone you are in is key to our partnership.

  • We work with ambitious solopreneurs and established brands that appreciate high-end aesthetics and custom strategy.

    Common clients include med spas, aesthetic nurse injectors, wedding vendors, boutique fitness studios, creatives, executive professional services, interior designers, photographers, custom jewelry, travel agencies, tourism, but we’re excited to work with brands ready to dominate their industry.

  • We require an initial 3-month Agreement to start as this gives us time to see how we work together and give your social media time to show results – as it typically takes 3-6 months to see results.

    After that initial term, clients typically renew if we’re a good fit and we love having them stay on board to see their brand flourish (we love our clients!).

  • While we understand that a 3-month Agreement can seem daunting at first, it is required and non-negotiable to work with us.

    We believe in long-term partnerships and that first 3 months gives us just enough time to get things started since the first month is spent onboarding.

  • Day-to-day communication is done through the chat feature of our client portal, where you will find everything you need in one place to make mainstreaming communication and projects simple (no need to download 5 apps). For more formal communication, we utilize email.

    Remote face-to-face meetings are done virtually, so location ins’t an issue!

  • As a digital marketing agency we offer a variety of services to help your business grow online including packages for social media, production, and branding.

  • Absolutely! We value your input and collaborate with you to ensure the content aligns with your brand’s voice and message. We provide content calendars for your review and approval before posting.

  • We track key performance indicators (KPIs) based on your goals and the strategy we create. We provide monthly reports and insights to show progress and adjust strategies as needed.

  • We specialize in all major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok. We tailor our strategies to each platform’s unique audience and features.

  • Of course! This is why we create custom proposals to make sure we are delivering exactly what you need, and aren’t paying to something you don’t.

    Our clients commonly combine social media management and production if they are looking to get regular quality content.

INVESTMENT FAQS

  • Once we have our discovery call to better understand the needs of your business and goals, we will curate a custom proposal.

    Social Media Management Packages are based on the number of platforms, number of posts a week, and your current content library.

  • Recurring services are set up through our secure invoice system via card or ACH/bank transfer and set to auto pay based on the cadence of your invoice.

    Invoice reminders and receipts are emailed for every transaction for your record.

  • For recurring services, please refer to your Agreement. We do understand business needs can change and are happy to do what we can to make it work for you.

    We hope to give all our clients an exceptional experience working with us and look forward to creating long lasting impacts with all the brands we work with.

  • All social media management initial payments are due on your onboarding day. Then subsequently will invoice on that same day each month.

    Clients that sign their Agreement 30-90 days before their onboarding date to hold their spot on our roster will not owe anything until that onboarding date.
